Terms & Conditions

We don't want to bore you with a thousand terms and conditions, we would much rather have you painting ceramics.

 

Here are few terms we have to tell you about.

Shop

 

We will do our best to get your order out quickly, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postage system.

 

These items are fragile, so sadly there will be occasional breakages in transit, if this happens we will of course provide a refund. Item and postage if all items are damaged, just the item if only part of the shipment is damaged. Just send us a photo and please get in touch immediately, we retain the right to refuse refund if it is not reported within a week of arrival.

 

We cannot accept refunds or exchange for any items that have been painted or damaged after delivery.

 

Delivery

We offer Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class delivery to the address you provide at checkout as standard. But on larger orders we may choose to use a courier.

Collection

 

You can pick up your purchase by prior arrangement from our address: Gower House, Croft Road, Aldershot, Hants, GU11 3HR, UK.

Paint Your Own Sessions

 

​There is a fee to attend sessions, which you will need to pay at the point of booking, this will be refundable up to 2 days before the session, after that it is non-refundable. Payment for the items to be decorated will also be required at latest the day before the session, this will remain fully refundable until you take possession of them at the session.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made no later than 2 days before the time/date of the session to receive a refund on fees.

 

For fired pieces there is always a small chance of damage in the kiln, the kiln god is an unpredictable deity and will occasionally destroy something on a whim. If this happens you will be offered a full refund or a replacement piece and free session to re-paint.

 

If a course or workshop is cancelled by Glazydaze you will be offered the option to transfer the booking to an alternative available class or receive a full refund.

 

Parties

For a party there will be a £5 per head fee, which you will need to pay at the point of booking, this will be refundable up to 2 days before the party, after that there will be a cancellation fee of £20. Payment for the items to be decorated will also be required at latest the day before the party, this will remain fully refundable until I arrive at the party. There is a minimum spend of £60 for a party, if when you buy your items the total is below this you will either need to pay the difference at the event or switch to a take away party.

Cancellations

We will always do our best to fulfil our obligations, but in the unlikely event that we cannot, Glazydaze will give you as much notice as possible and do our best to provide an alternative, either a new date or take away option, failing that a full refund.

Venue changes must be made 24 hours prior to the event

 

Courses

Courses can be paid for either buy the session (1st session to be paid for on booking the course) or in full at the start for a discount.

 

Refunds will be available up to 1 week before the course starts, after that there will be a £15 cancellation fee.

 

If a course or workshop is cancelled by Glazydaze you will be offered the option to transfer the booking to an alternative available class or receive a full refund.

 

Health & Safety​

Glazydaze operates sessions at various venues and we take every measure to ensure that the venues we use comply with health and safety for all. Please be aware that all guest must comply with the venues health and safety rules.
